ReWind, a spin-out from Det Norske Veritas (DNV), is on a mission to ensure that no wind turbine blades end up in landfills, while accelerating the growth of wind energy. Founded in 2021, we’re tackling the critical issues of decommissioning and repowering in the wind industry to keep wind energy one of the greenest forms of power.
Role Overview:
We’re seeking a Head of Commercial to lead ReWind’s global growth. You will define and execute the go-to-market strategy for our SaaS platform, optimize pricing models, and drive business development initiatives to scale ReWind’s impact. You’ll play a key role in building our commercial infrastructure and expanding our market presence globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for ReWind’s platform, design and optimize pricing models, and create a business development roadmap for growth.
- Collaborate with the product team on strategic initiatives and contribute market insights to inform product development and feature prioritization.
- Build relationships with wind farm operators, developers, and industry leaders;
- Identify and pursue high-value partnerships.Lead efforts to expand ReWind’s reach across global markets, ensuring we are well-positioned for success in diverse geographic regions.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that position ReWind as a thought leader in the renewable energy space.
- Lead and scale sales processes, build and mentor a high-performing team, and track performance through KPIs.
- Develop and implement customer success strategies that enhance platform adoption, engagement, and long-term retention.
We believe the right candidate has the following: - Proven success scaling companies and growing revenue from $0 to $30M+.
- Expertise in SaaS, product-market fit, and growth strategy in energy sectors.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- A passion for sustainability and renewable energy.
- Hands-on experience supporting CEOs in fast-paced environments.
- 5+ years of senior leadership experience in renewable energy or tech.
- Expertise in go-to-market strategy and sales operations.
- Proven ability to scale SaaS platforms and build strategic partnerships.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
