About the Role

As a German-speaking Outbound Growth Specialist, you will play a key role in helping innovative companies scale. You’ll be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, supporting go-to-market strategies, and working closely with client leadership teams and internal sales experts.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Qualify and disqualify leads to drive client growth efficiently
• Test and optimize messaging, targeting, and positioning
• Use modern AI tools in your daily work
• Collaborate closely with our customers and their management
• Learn the entire B2B sales cycle and strengthen your commercial skillset
• Contribute to refining outbound sales strategies alongside experienced mentors
  
  What We’re Looking For
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Curiosity and interest in tech, AI, and digital tools
• Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset
• Prior experience in outbound sales or as an Outbound Growth Specialist / SDR / BDR is a plus, but not required
