Tenix is scaling across Europe and is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to help accelerate the electrification of transport and shape the future of sustainable mobility. The Role
As a Sales Executive at Tenix, you will own the full sales cycle from A–Z and play a key role in our European expansion.
You will:
Drive enterprise sales processes with medium to large organizations and public entities
Engage C-level and senior stakeholders through consultative, value-based selling
Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting and strategic account work
Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and long decision processes
Develop value propositions, business cases, and ROI-driven sales arguments
Negotiate and close high-value enterprise agreements
Work closely with commercial, technical, and leadership teams
Actively contribute to accelerating electrification and sustainable transport
Who We’re Looking For
You are a senior, hands-on sales professional who takes full ownership of the sales process.
You likely have:
Proven success in enterprise B2B sales targeting C-level decision-makers
Experience with long, complex sales cycles and political decision landscapes
Strong commercial and negotiation skills, including closing responsibility
High tech-commercial understanding and interest in technology
Experience within energy, electrification, mobility, logistics, infrastructure, or complex technical environments (a strong plus)
Excellent communication skills in English (German, French, Spanish, aor Italian is a plus)
A structured, self-driven, and analytical approach to work
High integrity, strong work ethic, and outstanding references
Relevant education is a plus, but not a requirement.
